Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

We ship globally with freeshipping. Because of local warehouses, currently we provide Fast Delivery in USA, which means you can get it within 3-5 business days. For other countries, we will ship from Chinese manufacturers directly, which vary from 10-20 business days. 

Please note: we can provide freeshipping for all but remote address fee and customs are not included. You can email support@wetie.net to get before and after-sales help.

Return Policy:

Items shipped from wetie.net can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. 

Within the 30-day return window, Wetie will provide prepaid return shipping labels. Customers must email support@wetie.net to initiate a return for any purchase from wetie.net, or it will be on your account.

Products that are received by Wetie in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

  • Any product not purchased from Wetie
  • Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return
  • Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage
  • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
  • Any product which appears tampered, customized or altered in any way
  • Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by the customer on the original box
